Brent Steer has joined Unicorn Hearts as a co-founder, growth strategy advisor and board member.

During adolescence, Brent was confronted with the difficulty of finding the right information to become the person he wanted to be. Although he found answers in conversations with mentors or in a chapter of a book, his search led him most often to finding solutions that were either wrong, outdated or not adapted to his needs. Through Unicorn Hearts, he wants to offer young people an all-in-one solution so that they can reach their unique and full potential without having to go through the inefficient treasure hunt that he had to experience growing up.

With a focus on maximizing organic growth through network effects, Brent has been instrumental in shaping the solution’s core principles and refining key components to support large-scale impact. He also plays a pivotal role in advising on all aspects of strategic positioning for Unicorn Hearts.
As co-founder and board member, Brent is focused on demonstrating the Proof-of-Impact of the solution in young people's lives. He is directly involved in the process of collecting metrics and implementing the right strategies for achieving a strong product-market fit, a key pillar to the success of Unicorn Hearts' mission.
With over 15 years of global experience in sales and marketing across EdTech, media, and entertainment, Brent leverages his expertise to help Unicorn Hearts expand its ecosystem and cultivate a broad and engaged audience.

Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
